A Fresh Approach to Keynotes

We take the stage and deliver meaningful content on mindfulness and well-being in our interactive, playful style. We share lessons learned from our experience teaching thousands to juggle and help attendees achieve a feat many originally thought impossible. In turn, they leave with greater self-awareness and a renewed excitement for learning new skills.

Our keynotes are part talk, part workshop, and part team building. In our session, participants and audience members stand up and engage with people around them, breaking down discomfort and opening the door for networking. Pairing our message with movement creates kinesthetic learning, helping participants embody new insights. The result is a more mindful audience better equipped to embrace growth and change.

Keynotes can be delivered in-person and
virtually and tailored to speak directly to your organization’s needs or conference and event themes.

“Paul Miller and the Flow Circus team are extraordinary performers who know how to engage an audience and create valuable learning experiences. Outstanding.”

Dr. Nido Qubein, Ashley Leadership Institute

“Randolph County DSS Management Team really appreciated the interactive and energetic presentation that you did for us. The information was perfect and in line with our leadership development plan for this this year. The interaction allowed them to physically employ the main points in a fun way; without even realizing it. We are still flopping.”

Richard D. Park, Assistant Director/Business Officer, Randolph County Department of Social Services

“Paul and Dawn were lovely and did an amazing job at our Annual Meeting. They were prompt, professional, delivered an educational and fun presentation, and were well received by our audience. Paul and Dawn were able to personalize their FLOP Ball presentation to the specific themes we wanted to introduce our group to and the FLOP balls themselves were a fun and versatile “prop” to drive the presentation home. Our group really loved having the balls to take home and play with!”
