As I mentioned in a previous library posts, I've been working with a few fellow Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce members to create a book discussion group. About six months ago, we renamed it Leadership Lit with the goal of creating a space for business people to read and discuss leadership themes.

I've connected with a number of new people and love hearing different perspectives. Most importantly, it creates a pause in our busy day to reflect on our own leadership style and areas in which we want to grow.

We will be meeting every other month in 2018 and can't wait to get reading. We selected a variety of styles and themes which you see here. Expect to see my notes and reflections in the coming months.
