Last month, Paul delivered an interactive keynote for the Charter Communications Human Resources team to help them celebrate the one year anniversary of their merger with Time Warner Cable. The organizers asked Paul to emphasize the importance of collaboration and embracing change with a positive open mindset. Of course, juggling provided a perfect tool for doing just that.
