Custom Flop Ball Ordering Process
Our goal is a flawless Flop Ball order every time. Below are all the details you’ll need to make informed decisions regarding your order.
Fabric Colors
Our goal is a flawless Flop Ball order every time. Below are all the details you’ll need to make informed decisions regarding your order.
- Top: The side with your logo.
- Bottom: The side with a small Flop Ball logo.
- Most clients pick the lighter color for the top but you do you.
- Your logo will look GREAT on light colors but remember that light colors get dirty more easily. Consider how/where your Flop Balls will be played.
- Due to variations between production runs we cannot guarantee that fabric colors will exactly match previous orders.
- We offer a large range of standard colors. Non-standard colors are available upon request and additional fees may be apply.
- You may split your order into multiple color combinations.
Logo Printing
The printable area for your logo is 2.75 inches round. However we recommend that you don’t try to do too much in that space.
The nicest thing about the Flop Ball is its hand feel. Flop Ball material is carefully selected to be the softest, supplest, most joyous hand sack to hold. And ink? Well...ink is ink. Not only is it not soft and supple, but it's slick too. If you want the Flop Ball to play well you'll want to make sure there is a good amount of fabric-to-skin contact without too much ink getting in between.
- Consider not covering more than 50% of the print area with ink.
- Dark ink on light fabric covers better than light ink on dark colors.
- If there is a color (say blue) in your logo and we’re printing on blue material, we will use the fabric instead of ink for that part of your logo if it is similar. Remember, the less ink the better for playability.
Logo File Types
We can work with any high resolution raster files (.jpg, .gif, .png) or vector graphic files (.eps, .svg, .pdf). .
Material & Filling
Flop Balls are constructed from a special grade suede and are filled with the finest sand. Literally. Machine sewn, sand filled, and hand finished with an invisible stitch. You're not going to find a better handsack.

- The boxes are unexpectedly heavy for their size. Use caution when picking up, remembering to lift with your legs. Also, store boxes on a sturdy table or floor.
- The boxes have extra tape to hold everything together. Take care when cutting the box open to avoid slicing the top layer of Flop Balls.
