As the school librarian, my favorite aspect of his performance was his emphasis on the value of libraries. Throughout his show, he encouraged the students to go to the library if they wanted to learn how to juggle, do magic tricks and just generally read up on fun activities.

Flow Circus offers a number of fun and engaging programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. Our juggling and magic performances inspire younger students to visit the library to discover new interests and older students to begin prospecting for careers they’ll love. Hands-on workshops and residencies get kids up and moving while correlating to curriculum standards.

Read Yourself Silly: 45 minute juggling & magic show for
elementary students in which Paul tells the story of how a trip to
the circus inspired him to visit his library to learn more about
juggling which led to balloons, magic, and the history of the
circus. Throughout the performance he models how learning through books can be fun and leads you to discover new interests.
Do Something! Based on the performer’s own experience as an entrepreneur, Do Something! challenges audiences to discover their passions and research their career options. Juggling, magic, and physical comedy illustrate several easy steps to guide career exploration.

Writing with Balloons: Connections between the creative writing process and balloon sculpting are made as students acquire basic skills. The sculptures students create then become props to inspire stories.
Jugglers, Jesters, and Fools: Make the Middle Ages and the Renaissance come alive in your classroom as students learn a new skill. Three ball juggling is broken down into simple, easy to learn steps. Participants will be given individual feedback as well as learn how to give constructive feedback to peers. By the end of the session, everyone improves.
Skill Toys from Around the World: Explore history and cultural exchange through toys and play. This workshop introduces students to different skill toys that have histories dating back thousands of years. Workshop is fast paced as students move through stations and try their hands at each.
Treat families to an unforgettable evening of laughter and play. Flow Circus kicks off the evening with a 45-minute juggling and magic show for the whole family. After the show, kids and parents have an opportunity to visit play stations together and try their hands at some of the toys used in the show including Flower Sticks ,Japanese Kendama, Spinning Plates, and more. Family night packages also include materials to promote the event and guides for setting up PTA volunteer supervised make & take skill toy stations.

Paul's antics helped the students to relax and truly listen to the advice he gave them about choosing a career. When asked if they would like to see him again the responded quite enthusiastically "he is so AWESOME"
